Terms of Service

These terms cover the services provided by ThermoGlassPro, 125 Cameron Street, Gżira, Malta (VAT no. 24325236). Plain language, because that is how we work.

What we do

ThermoGlassPro supplies and applies a transparent solar-control coating to existing glass in homes and commercial buildings across Malta and Gozo. We do not sell DIY kits; application is carried out by ThermoGlassPro.

Free on-site demos

Demos are free, without commitment, and typically take around 20 minutes. They include an inspection of your glazing and a live test on a coated glass sample. A demo does not commit you to anything.

Quotes

Every job is quoted as one fixed price in writing after the free on-site demo, application included. The written quote does not change afterwards. You pay nothing to receive a quote, and nothing if you decline it.

The work

Application is scheduled around your trading or living hours. Existing glass is left in place; no structural modification is made to your windows or frames. We confirm suitability of your glazing during the free on-site demo before any work is agreed.

Warranty

Applied coatings carry a 10-year written warranty against peeling, cracking and bubbling, subject to the warranty document issued with each completed job. Normal glass cleaning does not affect the coating.

Performance figures

Performance figures shown on this website are manufacturer data, optical performance to EN 410. Actual results vary with glazing type, orientation and shading. Full test data is available on request before you commit to anything.

Liability

We take reasonable care on your premises at all times. Our liability is limited to the value of the work contracted. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Maltese and EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
