What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or send us on WhatsApp: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), approximate glass area, and your message. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use marketing cookies.

Why we collect it

Exclusively to answer your enquiry and arrange your free on-site demo. Your details are never added to marketing lists, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) and stored in our secured database. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp LLC. These services process data only to deliver your message to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@thermoglasspro.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta · idpc.org.mt.
